The City of Aurora Veterans Advisory Council will host its first Veterans Fair at Aurora University on Tuesday, June 18. The event will take place from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in Perry Theatre, located at 1305 Kenilworth Place in Aurora. All veterans and families are invited to attend the free event.
The Aurora University Center for Adult and Graduate Studies, along with several veterans organizations, will have informational booths set-up in the theatre’s lobby.
“Aurora University has a long history of serving veterans through our adult and graduate programs,” said Emily Morales, Director of Adult Degree Completion Programs. “The goal of the fair is to bring together, in one place, various resources available to veterans and their families.”
