Campus employment gives students opportunity to develop professional skills, get involved

With the start of a new semester, students are encouraged to get involved and connected on campus. To do so, many join student organizations or athletic teams, while others look for on-campus jobs.

Josh Mika, EdD ‘13, is one of four teachers from three states to receive a Jacobs Teacher Educator Award from the Indiana University School of Education this year.

New education center honors a legacy

Homer Easley

Friends, former classmates and family members joined together during Homecoming Weekend to honor an alumnus with strong ties to Aurora University. The gathering took place during the dedication of the Homer Easley Education Center in the new John C. Dunham STEM Partnership School on the Aurora campus. The center was named for Easley in honor of his longtime service to AU.
