Aurora University hosting five February open houses for prospective students

Aurora University will host five open houses in February for prospective students. During the information sessions, faculty and staff will provide information about degree options, course offerings and admission procedures. Financial aid counselors also will be available.

The following admission events will be held in February:

Freshman Winter Open House
Saturday, February 1 | 9:00 a.m. | Crimi Auditorium in the Institute for Collaboration
Discover what matters. And build your life around it. Learn more about freshman admission, academics and campus life at the Freshman Winter Open House. Presentations on university admission, financial aid, scholarships and academics will be given. A panel of AU faculty, staff and students also will be available to answer your questions. An academic fair, tours and a luncheon will follow the presentations and panel discussion. Register at aurora.edu/freshmanopenhouse.

Graduate Business Programs Open House
Saturday, February 8 | 9:30 a.m. | Perry Theatre Atrium in the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley Center
Advance your career and achieve your professional goals with a graduate business degree from Aurora University. Our courses offer real-world application and our faculty are both effective instructors and current professionals in your field. Learn about program options from business faculty, a recent graduate and current students. Admission representatives and financial aid counselors also will be available to answer your questions. Graduate Education Open House
Tuesday, February 11 | 4:30-6:30 p.m. | University Banquet Hall in Alumni Hall
Become a leader in your field with a graduate degree from Aurora University. Learn about AU’s extensive graduate education program offerings, including endorsements, master’s degrees and doctoral degrees. Courses are offered on the Aurora campus, through on-site cohorts and online. To find the program that is right for you, visit aurora.edu/education. If you are interested in the Master of Arts in Educational Leadership – Principal Preparation or Teacher Leader program, a special information session will be held at 4:30 p.m. Register at aurora.edu/gradeducation.

Graduate Social Work Programs Open House

Advance your career with a degree from Aurora University. Explore graduate social work programs at AU, including Master of social Work, Post-Master Illinois Educator’s License with School Social Work Endorsement, Graduate Addictions Certification and Doctor of Social Work. Winter Transfer Event
Monday, February 17 | 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | Eckhart Hall, Room 201
Get started on your future with Aurora University. The Winter Transfer event is a special day for prospective transfer students. We will create a personalized schedule to meet your needs and answer your questions. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with an admission representative, talk with faculty members, confer with a financial aid counselor and tour campus.
