Aurora University will host four open houses in September for prospective students. During the information sessions, faculty and staff will provide information about degree options, course offerings and admission procedures. Financial aid counselors will be available.
The following admission events will be held in September:
Saturday, September 7, 2013, 9:00–11:00 a.m. Adult Degree Completion Programs Open House – Learn how you can complete your bachelor’s degree at Aurora University. Information will be provided on our degree completion programs offered in accounting, business administration, communication, criminal justice, marketing, psychology, RN to BSN and social work. Tuesday, September 24, 6:00 p.m., Graduate Business Programs Information Session– Join us for an information session on the graduate business and accountancy programs at Aurora University. The event features an interactive panel discussion as well as an overview of the MBA and MSA programs. Admission representatives will be available to answer questions. Wednesday, September 25, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m., Transfer Nursing Open House – Transfer students are invited to learn about their educational opportunities in the School of Nursing at Aurora University. Hear first-hand what it takes to become a nurse from a panel of experts. Learn about program requirements, admission procedures and financial aid options. Saturday, September 28, 2013, 10:30 a.m., School of Social Work Graduate Open House – Explore Aurora University’s social work programs to learn how you can advance your career while making a positive difference in the lives of others. Information will be provided on the Master of Social Work, which includes specializations in addictions, child welfare, healthcare, leadership and school social work, the Doctor of Social Work, Graduate Addictions Certification, MISA I Board Registration, and Post-MSW Type 73 – School Social Work Certification.
