More than 90 students, faculty and staff gathered on Friday, October 25 for the third annual Sleep Out on the Quad event, coordinated by students in the center’s Leadership, Education and Development Program (L.E.A.D.).
Participants bundled up for a full night of activities including small group discussions, educational sessions and guest speakers. Participants were also encouraged to bring a pair of tube socks for donation to the Hesed House, an Aurora shelter that is on a mission to stop homelessness. More than 200 pairs were donated following the event.
