On Wednesday, April 3, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin and Congressman Bill Foster visited the Aurora University campus to meet with elected officials, university leaders, students and community members regarding two issues: immigration reform and STEM education.
For Stacy Galanis, one of the most important aspects of her decision to attend AU was the assistance of the Office of Financial Aid, who answered her questions, helped her family navigate the financial aid process, and offered a package of scholarships, loans and student employment that made her dream of attending AU a reality.

A team of four Aurora University marketing students won GfK’s second annual Next Generation Market Research Competition. The winning AU team included junior Camilla Alexander and seniors Qoc’avib Revolorio, Robeska Sanchez and Nick Sloan. They were advised by Dr. Brian Vander Schee, Associate Professor of Marketing.
The READ poster unveiling event drew a crowd Thursday afternoon and everyone was anxious to see who would be added to the collection of posters that adorn the wall of the first floor of Phillips Library.
