In January, Aurora University Online was welcomed as a participant by the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) in the SARA initiative following the university’s approval by the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).

AU alumnus appointed to Waubonsee Board of Trustees

Jimmie Delgado, BA ‘05, MBA ’16, was recently appointed by the Waubonsee Community College Board of Trustees to replace a former trustee who had resigned. Delgado will finish the rest of that member’s term, which ends in 2017.

The evolution of technology is changing the way professors and students teach and learn at AU. EDU 2300 Technology for Teachers is an innovative course focused on training teachers to use technology in the classroom to teach content, engage students in learning and measure student understanding.
