The Involvement Fair, which is held at the start of each semester, gives AU students the opportunity to explore the 60-plus musical, literary, religious, social and service organizations on campus.
During the opening reception Tuesday afternoon for a national traveling exhibit on Abraham Lincoln being hosted by AU, President Rebecca L. Sherrick pondered what we can still learn from the president who led the country through a great constitutional crisis and Civil War. Sherrick, a Lincoln scholar herself, thinks there remains much to be said about the 16th president of the United States.

Aurora University opened a new AU residence hall, the sixth on campus, for the spring semester in January 2012. It brings the total number of students living on campus to around 750.
Jordan Kinstner, a sophomore in the Athletic Training program, came to AU as a student-athlete, playing on the women’s basketball team during her first year. Within a few semesters, she transformed into a scholar, a leader and an active member of a close-knit community.
